The challenge

A new aftermarket performance parts brand needed to go from zero to scale within a year. No existing customer base, no brand awareness, no organic search presence. The category is highly competitive with established players, demanding enthusiast audiences who live in forums and YouTube, and complex product data requirements for both direct ecommerce and Amazon channels.
